JC and Company was founded by our owner Carl Shiroma. As a second-generation welder, Carl learned under the tutelage of his father. In 1988, Carl started JC and Company with service at the core of the business. Now, 35 years later, the JC and Company team has grown, but exceptional service is still at the heart of this business.
